In a strange but amusing project called Tiger Suit, photographer Adam Rabinowitz asks random people on the street if they'll pose for a picture while wearing a tiger costume. If you think that this unusual request might dissuade your average pedestrian, think again. Rabinowitz has captured many, many people donning the bright orange pajama-like suit. The results are hilarious as dressing up seems to let their true personalities shine.
The tiger suit has been pictured on sidewalks, in the wilderness, and even in a bathroom stall. Both children and adults partake in Rabinowitz's fun project, and he seems to carry around multiple sizes of the suit so that it'll fit the different people he encounters. This also means that more than one person can join in on the fun – some photos feature two or three fierce cats.
The photographer chronicles the people he meets through Tumblr. Although he doesn't say where he snaps the pictures, many of them appear to have been taken in Europe and Israel. So, if you see someone striking a pose in a tiger outfit, you might just be witnessing Rabinowitz's handiwork.
