Delicate Cross-Stitched Flowers Pop Up on the Streets of Spain

While summer may be coming to a close, Spain remains in full bloom thanks to Raquel Rodrigo’s exquisite floral installations in Valencia. The large-scale, embroidered flowers have popped up all over the city, embellishing modest facades and transforming weathered storefronts into beautiful hand-made creations. To fashion the colorful designs, Rodrigo—whose eclectic background spans window display, interior design, and set decoration—employs a traditional cross-stitch method.

Street Artist and City Worker Spend a Year Having a Fun Graffiti Conversation

On his way to work in the morning, street artist Mobstr would cycle past an average, graffiti-covered red wall in London. For years, he noticed that a city worker would paint over the graffiti with red paint, when it was below a certain line. For any graffiti above this predetermined line, the steadfast laborer would pressure-wash it off. “This prompted the start of an experiment,” wrote Mobstr on his website.

Though he walked up and down the same street every single day, French street artist OakOak didn't quite know what was missing from a particular spot on the wall…until now. In his latest piece, he paints Bruce Lee flying through the air, kicking a broken piece of metal as if his incredible force had bent it. Huge Mural of a Graffiting Grandma in Montreal

It's been a few years since we wrote about Montreal-based artist collective A'shop but the team is back. One of their latest works was for the MURAL street art festival that recently took place on Saint-Laurent Boulevard, in downtown Montreal. As one of twenty street artists that came from all over the world, A'shop painted one huge side of a building in some eye-popping colors.
