Tattoo Artist Beautifully Conceals Scars of Breast Cancer Survivors

Years ago, tattoo artist David Allen was approached by a client with an unusual request. Adriana had fought breast cancer and won, but she had to undergo a mastectomy and breast reconstruction. She asked Allen to conceal the scarring left on her breast using his skills as a tattoo artist. What followed was a journey for both Adriana and David, one that would change both of their lives.

Leonard Combier's amazingly detailed drawings of fanciful creatures on passport pages make us want to travel to another world. The Berlin resident doesn't hesitate to sketch monsters, tiki statues and mysterious pairs of eyes across already-stamped passport pages. He's completely filled the pages of his passport, and now he offers to do it for other people.

Ceramic Ladies Beautifully Covered with Traditional Tattoos

Scotland-based artist Jessica Harrison fuses dainty dresses with sailor-inspired tattoos in her fantastic Painted Lady series. We’ve marveled over these creations before, and it looks like Harrison has even more full skirts and full sleeves to share! The artist finds ceramic sculptures and then uses enamel paint to adorn the figures’ glossy skin with colorful, tiny designs. Anchors, provocative mermaids, majestic birds, and sailing ships are all visible on their bodies.
