Realistic Painted Brushstrokes Make These Murals Pop With Vibrant Color

With his new mural series, Undertones, Hawaiian street artist Sean Yoro combines monochrome hands and torsos with illusionistic strokes of paint. These thick brushstrokes either appear on their own, seem to cross in front of a figure, or intersect parts of the human body. Hovering in space, they provide a splash of color across these brick and cement walls.

Street Artist Turns Rundown Walls Into Incredible 3D Graffiti Art

Wielding his spray can like a weapon, French street artist Scaf slices across city walls and transforms them into something magical with his trompe l'oeil graffiti. His creatures, which range from ferocious dinosaurs to snakes and skeletons, seem to emerge from two-dimensional surfaces to take over their environment. The work is made that much better by the whimsical photographs that Scaf takes of each piece.

This Street Artist Transforms Cement Blocks into Mind-Blowing Illusions

Portuguese artist Odeith is a master of illusion art. Using spray paint, he's able to add visual depth to flat surfaces. The resulting images seem so realistic, it's hard to believe that they're all just a painted illusion. His latest triumph transforms an isolated cement structure in an abandoned warehouse into a wrecked school bus. The mind-blowing illusion is so real, it's causing a sensation online.
