Backyard Gardener Grows Record-Breaking 1,269 Tomatoes on One Vine

Douglas Smith isn't your typical backyard gardener. This IT manager and father does a lot more than water and fertilize his vegetable garden. He's actually transformed his garden into a sort of agricultural experiment/contest where he pushes himself to see what he can grow. Now, his efforts have paid off as Guinness World Records confirmed that he'd grown the most tomatoes from a single stem/truss. How many, you ask? 1,269 cherry tomatoes to be exact.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, more than 10 million people have fled their homes in Ukraine since Russia invaded the sovereign nation. This accounts for nearly a quarter of Ukraine's population. Of the 10 million, 6.5 million are displaced within their own country and 4 million have crossed borders into neighboring nations in search of safety.

100-Year-Old Woman Celebrates Milestone Birthday With Older Sisters Who Are 102 and 104

Not many people get to live to see 100. Yet, in recent years, it seems the milestone is becoming more and more common. However, what’s even more rare is to be able to celebrate a century of living with the people who’ve shared that same lifetime with you.
