These enchanting handmade bangle bracelets let the wearer take a little bit of nature wherever she goes. Small, beautiful relics from forest and field are trapped inside clear resin. Some of the jewelry pieces look delicate, displaying small bouquets of tiny dried flowers. Others are heartier and represent an entire forest with moss, twigs and bark. Even miniature pinecones make an appearance.
The artist, who produces under the name ModernFlowerChild, forages the materials and creates the pieces based in Coos Bay, Oregon. “Each bangle is made by hand and not a machine so tiny bubbles, lines, bumps, waves and slight imperfections are part of the unique personality and characteristics of the jewelry,” the artist says.
