Makeup Artist Completely Transforms Herself into 100 Different Famous Faces

As we've seen before, expertly-applied makeup can completely transform someone into an entirely different person. With this in mind, professional makeup artist and singer Rebecca Swift has challenged herself to recreate celebrity faces over the course of 100 days. She draws from a vast array of influences, and no person–real or fictitious–is off limits.

To create her thrilling metamorphoses, Swift uses dark makeup as a way of contouring her face. With the right application, she can elongate or shorten its appearance, as well as add large wrinkles and dramatic cheekbones. The artist also molds herself into Disney characters by employing thick, black lines to look as though she's part of a cartoon. This precision and attention to the individual's defining characteristics ensures that she'll resemble the pop-culture inspirations.

Swift has nearly completed her impressive makeup challenge. Follow along on her Instagram to see the rest of her famous faces.
