New 3D Scans of the Titanic Reveal the Most Detailed Look at the Ship in Its Final Moments

Back in 2022, filmmaker Anthony Geffen and his team embarked upon a journey off the coast of Newfoundland. Over the course of three weeks, Geffen followed Guernsey-based company Magellan as they mapped the wreckage of the RMS Titanic, which is submerged more than 12,500 feet below the North Atlantic Ocean. Magellan gathered an unprecedented 16 terabytes of data and 715,000 images of the ill-fated ship, while Geffen produced Titanic: The Digital Resurrection for National Geographic.

JR’s Newest Exhibition Explores His Photographic Projects About Child Refugees

Renowned French artist JR began work on Déplacé•e•s in 2022, and later, the complementary Les Enfants d’Ouranos series. Both seek to unveil the tumultuous conditions faced by populations in refugee camps around the world, with a particular focus on children. Three years later, these two projects are still as urgent as they are relevant, as evidenced by a new exhibition at Perrotin’s London gallery.

Peanuts Celebrates Its 75th Anniversary With a Snoopy Haute Couture Makeover

Back in 1982, Connie Boucher had an idea. For years, she’d been working with Charles M. Schulz on creating products for his Peanuts characters, including plush dolls of the beloved Snoopy alongside dedicated wardrobes with which to accessorize him. Why, she thought after a while, couldn’t Snoopy also wear haute couture? Thus began an enduring tradition of fashion houses curating outfits for Snoopy and, over 40 years later, not much has changed.

Art Basel Hong Kong 2025: Celebrating Contemporary Asian Art With Strong Sales and Robust Programming

Last month was an artistic one for Hong Kong, with the 2025 edition of Art Basel descending upon the city. Between March 28 and 30, the renowned fair celebrated the vibrancy of Hong Kong’s art ecosystem, gathered over 240 galleries from 42 countries and territories, and attracted 91,000 attendees. Notably, the fair also witnessed an “increased presence” of South and Southeast Asian collectors, according to Art Basel Hong Kong Director Angelle Siyang-Le.
