Adorable Two-Faced Cat Is a Purrfect Feline Version of Batman’s Two-Face

Meet Yana, the two-faced cat with a heart of gold! Like many particularly precious pets, this cat has amassed an impressive Instagram following. Unlike most Insta-famous animals, however, the Minsk-based Yana is popular thanks to a genetic abnormality. Known as a chimera, the fascinating feline has cells from different zygotes, resulting in a unique coloring and stunning “two-faced” appearance. While there is nothing unusual about the fur that covers the her body, the captivating calico cat's face is a different story.

Artist Uses Optical Illusions to Create Mind-Bending Room Installations

We’ve been fans of Peter Kogler’s psychedelic room installations since last year, when we he wowed us with his warped walls and trippy walkways. Now, the Austrian artist continues to bend time and space with a new series of impressively perplexing optical illusion rooms. Using simple, intersecting lines and bold graphics, Kogler transforms the simple white walls and flat floors of galleries, typical transit stations, and ordinary lobbies into canvases for his optical illusions.

Determined Two-Legged Rescue Cat Learns to Walk, Run, and Jump

This special cat may only have two legs, but he doesn’t let that slow him down. Defiantly named Able, the tomcat has learned to walk, run, jump, and live a happy life with only his hind-legs. But, it hasn’t been an easy road. Four years ago, as a stray in Thailand, Able was involved in a nearly fatal accident. While chasing a bird, he fell off a roof and landed on an electrical transformer.
