Whimsical Illustrations of Delicious Food Pairings As Best Friends

Bacon and eggs, coffee and doughnuts, macaroni and cheese–each pair is a perfect culinary combination that our taste buds can't deny, and neither can illustrator Philip Tseng. That's why the talented graphic designer has created an adorable series, aptly titled Taste Buds, showing us a cute collection of some of the best food combos around. This illustration series of delicious pairings was created for Tseng's first group gallery show at iam8bit in Los Angeles.

Exquisite Pen Drawings Created with Thousands of Tiny Dots

Using thousands upon thousands of tiny dots, Spider Money produces gorgeous artworks that are awe-inspiring in their detail. The Bangkok-based creative wields a mighty Micron pen and draws fancy flourishes with photo-realistic depictions of eyes, noses, and lips. It's in these facial features that Spider Money employs her “dot-drawing technique.” She individually dabs the minuscule marks onto the paper and repeats the tedious motion until things take on a shaded form.

Clever Jeep Ad Campaign Filled with Surprising Illustrations

Creative agency Leo Burnett France had to put an incredible amount of forethought into each one of these illustrations for the new Jeep ad campaign: See whatever you want to see. Each right-side up design features a single animal set against a textured background. However, turn the image upside-down and a second creature reveals itself in the lines, curves, and shadows of the original shape.
