Google’s Ambitious Balloon-Powered Internet Project

Google recently released information about a monumental project they've been working that could bring internet access to everyone. Project Loon involves specially designed balloons, flying 20 km above the Earth's surface (out of eyes-sight), that can be arranged to form one large communication network. The “handy” gadget boasts a sleek design that comes in a modern, simplistic color palette of black or white. The set includes both a mouse pad and a mouse with a magnetic ring, which allows it to float in midair.
