Earlier this year, we enjoyed some of the trendy fashions and model-like poses of Menswear Dog (MWD). Well, the adorable NYC-based Shiba Inu has been busy and he's now back with an abundance of new styles. The Tumblr site–described as “A Dog's Guide to Being a Man”–regularly features inspiring tips that provide a resource for otherwise fashionably-challenged male MWD fans.
The adorable pup's ensembles include items like suspenders and Stetson hats, as well as a variety of other garments that the average dog doesn't normally wear. Many of the concepts come from pop-culture references, where MWD channels actors, characters, and TV shows, paying homage to Superman, highlighting six of the best outfits worn by Ryan Gosling, and sporting Breaking Bad-esque garb.
Our furry little friend is certainly not a discount shopper. Many of his fabulous outfits are pulled together from sophisticated stores like Brooks Brothers, Burberry Brit, and Barney's. The site provides tips on color palettes, how to mix and match patterns, and what to wear as the seasons change–it's certainly a fun and unique way to inspire fashion!
