20+ National Park Portraits Celebrating the Rainbow-Colored Lands of the U.S.

Vibrant National Park Photography Celebrates the Rainbow-Colored USA

If you’re looking for a place to truly experience the wonder of nature in the USA, look no further than the National Parks. Located throughout the country, the 59 federally-protected spaces showcase the bountiful beauty from sea to shining sea, including snow-capped mountains and expansive red rock gorges. Depending on which locale you visit, you’ll find the vibrant colors of the rainbow, which makes a trip to a place like Yellowstone National Park all the more mesmerizing. As a result, National Park photography continues to be some of our favorite types of images.

Photographers are continually inspired by the gorgeous sights and often use the parks as a muse. Artistically documenting these tranquil settings—away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—offers an important reminder that we need to preserve these places. As the Earth continues to change from our human footprint, conserving the National Parks for generations is vital—we can’t let this National Park photography become a thing of the past.
