Geometric Sleeve Tattoos Visually Crystalize Across the Body

Fusing dotwork, blackwork, and geometry, he adorns clients' arms and chests with designs that flow from intricate angular structures to large areas of solid black. Sinuous Animal Sculptures Made Out of Foraged Wood and Metal Scraps

Jason Waldron integrates a deep appreciation for wildlife and nature into his weathered wooden sculptures. Built using materials found scattered around his home in Central Oregon, Waldron recycles bits of wood and metal parts into creative, free flowing arrangements. Waldron believes that art is first and foremost a reflection of the artist, and thus uses his sculptures to represent personal and spiritual transformations within himself.

Ethereal Installation Fills Space with 20,000 Colorful Branches that Dangle from Ceiling

Artist Emmanuelle Moureaux has filled an exhibition hall with 100 shades of colors to create an ethereal, airy feel in the large space. This stunning display was created for the presentation of the Wood Furniture Japan Award 2016 in Tokyo. Small branches dangle from the ceiling, dazzling us as a multitude of hues intertwine and form waves of color around tables and chairs.

Inspired by the images of renowned photographers like Cindy Sherman, Alfred Stieglitz, and Diane Arbus, the London-based artist reimagines their timeless works as 3D sculptures crafted with colorful Play-Doh. When Macnair translates the source images into clay, it changes more than just their appearance–it completely alters the mood of the photographs.
