Two Men Arrested After Stealing Banksy Installation in Broad Daylight

Less than an hour after Banksy confirmed a new installation in South London, it vanished. But how is not a mystery. Two men were filmed taking down the traffic sign, which was covered in three planes that resembled military drones. The videos of two men taking bolt cutters to the stop sign were widely circulated on social media, with police already making arrests in the case.

Artist’s Playfully Striking Murals Cover Entire Façades, Adding a Pop of Whimsy to City Skylines

Street art has the ability to create a portal within a city. Italian artist Francesco Camillo Giorgino, better known as Millo, covers massive, multi-story buildings with murals of stylized metropolises, occupied by characters that are larger than skyscrapers. These cartoon-like illustrations imbue façades and billboards with a sense of whimsy that is otherwise missing from urban centers. Millo's distinct art stands out from the real setting it inhabits.
