Outdoor Rocking Chair Lets Multiple People Gently Sway Together in Nature

Brothers Jules and Jason Henry are the creative minds behind Sveglio, an outdoor furniture design company that produces beautiful pieces meant to “awaken higher consciousness.” One of their enlightening creations, called Volo (Italian for “I fly”), is a rocking chair with a hammock-like basket attached to the legs. On it, Sveglio wants you to “rock, rejuvenate, and re-discover yourself” as you gently sway back and forth, remembering that life is in constant motion.

To achieve tranquility in Volo, Sveglio takes a minimalist approach to their design. The rounded form is created with welded steel tubes, which is partially 3D printed. Its surface is powder-coated and comes in colors such as architectural bronze, sky white, and stardust silver, but custom hues are also available. The hammock portion is sewn with outdoor fabric and also comes in variety of jewel-toned colors, perfect for complementing any decor scheme.

For those wanting to share the relaxing experience, Volo has a maximum occupancy capacity of 600 pounds, making it so it can easily accommodate multiple people who want to experience the calming effects of a rocking chair.
