Steve Jobs Macbook Parts Portrait

We've been doing a lot of Steve Jobs tributes here at My Modern Met but the outpouring of creativity seems endless. Mint Foundry has constructed a portrait of the late entrepreneur, using components only found in a Macbook Pro. It's quite ironic that the man who made Apple products is now made of those same products.

“It was an incredibly humbling experience,” said Mint Foundry of creating their portrait. “Beyond the smooth sheen of its outer casing, lays one of the most beautifully set out assemblage of components I have ever seen. It's hard to imagine the amount of detail, concentration and obsession that must go into the creation of one of these machines.

“To be honest, I always thought Macs were a bit overpriced for what they were. Not anymore.”
