What an interesting and unique process! Clement Meriguet (aka Le Mme Kk) is a French artist who initially created this Mad Hatter piece with black and white clay. He photographed it and then digitally modified the photo, infusing color and life into this piece. I love how you can see the progression with the making-of photos.
And here's the final photo! Notice the steam coming off the tea and all the gold trim details he added to the cups. I also love his use of shadow and color. Amazing.
