It’s common for kids to celebrate Valentine’s Day by bringing treats for their entire class at school; but when Redditor miata_dad found out that his daughter’s school banned candy with their valentines, he got creative with what she could give to her classmates. Having recently gotten an Ender-3 3D printer, he summoned The Force to produce miniature iterations of The Child (better known as Baby Yoda) for each kid in her class.
The 3D printed Baby Yodas are a fun solution to the candy ban. At nearly an inch and a quarter tall, the figurines are sure to bring more long-lasting joy that'll survive a lot longer than a lollipop or a chocolate bar would. And despite how many Yodas he had to make, the dad said production of them was easy. “They took about 20 minutes each,” he explained on Reddit, “but I would just start one, go about my evening and when I remembered started the next one.”
If you’re interested in making your own 3D printed Baby Yoda, you can get the free file from user DMag24 on Thingiverse to get started.
