Funny Cat Bed Mimics "Chain Chomp" from Super Mario Bros.

The team at Catastrophic Creations recently completed an unconventional cat bed that'll appeal to fans of the Super Mario Bros. universe. They were inspired by the game's adorable enemy called Chain Chomp and constructed a feline-friendly bunk in its likeness. To use it, the cat simply climbs over the terrifying teeth and into a soft and cushy space. This provides the feline protection while still allowing them to survey the room.

Quicksilver Japan recently announced the release of True Wetsuits, a high quality wetsuit that you can wear both in the boardroom and at the beach. World-Famous Architects Design Stunning 3D-Printed Shoes

Though it might not seem like it, architecture and fashion can go hand in hand. United Nude envisions this with a stunning collection of shoes that are produced using 3D printing. The company teamed up with 3D Systems to create these accessories, which are designed by five of the world's greatest living architects: Ben van Berkel, Fernando Romero, Michael Young, Ross Lovegrove and Zaha Hadid.

3D Laser Cut Wood Maps Show Hidden Underwater World

Robbie and Kara Johnson are the husband and wife team behind Below the Boat, a company that creates gorgeous wood maps that show the hidden world underneath the water. Using the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (or NOAA) charts, they study the bathymetry (which is the underwater equivalent of topography) of lakes, rivers and oceans. Laser cutters are used to slice one sheet of birch plywood into 8 to 10 pieces.
