Landscape photographer Michael Quinn takes us on a visual adventure with this series entitled Greenland Reflection. Each photograph features a stunning display of natural formations that seem to float along the surface of the rippling blue water. Light reflects all around, producing intense shadows as well as a greenish glow on parts of the textured exterior.
The massive structures look like they are from another world. The mounds of ice produce rounded curves and jagged edges that blend perfectly together into unfamiliar, abstract arrangements. According to his bio, Quinn is “dedicated to inspiring people to visit the natural wonders of the world.” This passion is evident in his extensive collection of photos that provide viewers with everyday access to the exquisite beauty of nature on Earth.
