The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and Coursera have teamed up to send everyone back to school. Thanks to this partnership, MoMA's specifically curated art and design classes are now all free. These classes can be accessed through Coursera, a website which facilitates online learning. The museum's online classes feature subjects spanning the likes of fashion design, post-war abstract art, and pedagogical methods for artistic subjects. The classes are designed to be taken at your own pace and they all have unlimited enrollment.
In order to sign up for one of MoMA's classes, all you have to do is create a free Coursera account and then go to the specific class’ enrollment page, and click enroll. From there, the course’s homepage will launch and the dashboard will display all the details about the course content, assignments, and due dates. Those who choose to pay a $49 fee, which is not required to take the course in full, will receive a certificate of completion from Coursera.
