Taking up photography in 2009, Komatsubara slowly moved from just aiming to document his world to transforming his photography into art. “When I take pictures, I try for photos with emotions,” the photographer writes us via email.

Clever Ad Campaign Promotes Pet Adoption Using an Optical Illusion Silhouette

Translating this idea into an ingenious advertising campaign is photographer Amol Jadhav and art director/retoucher Pranav Bhide. They've recently produced a series of creative pet adoption ads that employ a brilliant use of lighting, which forms an animal version of the famous optical illusion known as Rubin's vase.
