Self-taught baker and author Heather Baird focuses her website, Sprinkle Bakes, on her inventive sweet treats. Her out of this world desserts reach new heights with her latest confection—constellation animal cookies. Looking like they came straight from a far off galaxy, these cute desserts are a mix of colorful fondant over a dark chocolate animal cookie. It's not the first time that Baird, who was an aspiring artist, has created galaxy-themed desserts.

Elderly Widower Finds a Fishing Partner After Posting a Tearjerking Classified Ad

Two weeks ago, Ray Johnstone, an elderly man living alone in South Australia, posted a classified ad in search of a friend. Beautiful Library at Oxford University Is One of Europe’s Oldest Reading Rooms

Nestled in the University of Oxford‘s grand Bodleian Library is one of the oldest and most beautiful reading rooms in all of Europe. Named after Humphrey of Lancaster—the 1st Duke of Gloucester and the son of King Henry IV of England—Duke Humfrey's Library was built between 1450 and 1480. Though it initially housed music, maps, and rare books, it now also offers a cozy and quiet place to read, study, and work.
