New York-based photographer Mike Schreiber will soon be releasing a new book called True Hip Hop. It's a collection of photos that he's taken over an 11 year period that includes some of the biggest names in the hip hop scene. He shoots mostly in black and white, capturing a raw and real side to them that we don't often get to see.

Library Desk Made from Recycled Books (4 pics)

Whoever thought of this idea is pretty bright… After a devastating fire in the Architecture building burned down a portion of the library, Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands purchased a new collection to replace the old volumes. Instead of throwing away the old, unburned books, they stacked them up to create this awesome administrative desk, which they appropriately placed in the library.

Heavy Bicycle Loads (10 photos)

Apparently, some people in China have never heard of U-Haul. They are, however, amazingly efficient in the way they pack and move all their inventory on a tiny little bike. “Manufactured Totems” is a series by Alain Delorme which brilliantly portrays the pressure Shanghainese migrant workers face. Piles of products labeled “Made in China” are stacked up to produce gargantuan sculptures, symbolizing their ever-increasing fetish with objects.
