The movie KPop Demon Hunters has introduced K-Pop music to new audiences around the world. After becoming the most-watched film in Netflix’s history and topping the Hot 100 for eight weeks with the song “Golden” last year, it has now achieved another milestone for this genre of music. Galleries Around the U.S. Join Nationwide Anti-ICE Strike

Several galleries, museums, and other cultural institutions around the country participated in the nationwide general strike against ICE last week. Held on January 30, 2026, the National Shutdown strike encouraged people not to attend work, school, or do any shopping throughout the day. The initiative was the latest in a slew of protests opposing ICE and Border Patrol’s violent takeover of Minneapolis.

Long-Lost Robert Burns Portrait Has Reemerged After 200 Years

When Dr. William Zachs attended an auction in London last March, he was in pursuit of something very specific: a long-lost painting of the world-renowned Scottish poet and lyricist Robert Burns. The work had been painted in 1802, some six years after Burns’ death, by Henry Raeburn, who also happened to be a revered Scottish artist. But only a few decades later, the canvas vanished.
