Amusingly Satrical RSVP Card Highlights the Different Types of Difficult Wedding Guests

What if all wedding RSVP cards were this honest? Blogger Bob Powers created this satirical take on a standard reply card that you'd find with an invitation. But he doesn't just give you the option of “Will Attend” and “Will Not Attend.” No, Powers goes beyond that and outlines many scenarios that could happen at a wedding. This comprehensive card addresses every annoying guest the couple might deal with.

The RSVP is divided into four categories – attendance, behavior, gifts, and meal choices – each with its own amusing responses. A lot of them are instances that planners despise, like the attendee who “Will Say I Plan To Attend, Then I Won't Show Without Any Explanation, Even Though You Already Had To Pay For Me In The Advance Headcount.” And, there's people that take full advantage of the open bar. Powers has a checkbox for “Will Show Up Drunk, And Will Quickly Get Much Drunker.”

If you've ever planned a wedding (or are close to someone who has), you've probably encountered guests like these. It's what makes the RSVP card so funny. These outrageous attendees will be the center of stories and ire for years to come.
