Based in beautiful South Australia, drone photographer Bo Le captures amazing aerial shots of his captivating coastal home. In his series, SA from Above, Le photographs and presents the diverse beauty of his surroundings from a sky-high perspective.
Specifying “the raw beauty of nature, the spirit of adventure and an insatiable drive to explore the horizons beyond ordinary” as his muses, Le fearlessly takes to the air to capture breathtaking shots of South Australia's landscape.
The aerial photography expert cites a special penchant for the “wilderness,” which materializes as shots of crystal clear water, colorful forests, and rocky shores. However, he also opts for less “wild” shots, including palm tree-lined roads and never-ending piers. “Let it be the urban splendor of the modern cities of SA or the magnificent charms of the rocky outcrops bordering the surf filled beaches,” he says on his website, “nothing has escaped the stretch of my eye for timeless moments.”
In addition to subject matter, Le also plays with the look and feel of his photos. He often experiments with orientation and composition to add an artistic angle to his collection of drone photography, showcasing not only his love of landscapes, but his creative flair, too.
