Psychedelic Rainbow Carpets Made of Long Swatches of Color Woven Together
Rather than searching for a rainbow in the sky, you can find one on the floor. American artist Ken Kelleher crafts exquisite sculptural carpets made up of numerous strips of vibrant color. Rather than follow a traditional rectangular or oval design, these rugs melt into seemingly random organic shapes, bringing whimsy and playfulness wherever they are laid out. Each of these pieces is made from New Zealand wool that is hand-dyed, tufted, and carved.
