Artist Holly Fox creates colorful confections that are a feast for the eyes (and stomach, of course). Using eccentric cookie cutters to her advantage, Fox has been illustrating her very own cookies for the past five years, and she recently started selling them on Etsy. Whether she's baking soon-to-be rainbow ghosts, vibrant flamingos, or pastel ice cream, the cookie artist aims to embrace her love of custom colors. She's even produced batches of cookies resembling an array of Pantone swatches!
