The Mysterious Man Writing On Water

The Man Writing On Water is a sculptural installation by Belgium-based artist Jan Fabre that leaves much to be defined by its audience. The display features seven siliconed bronze sculptures of seemingly golden bathtubs, one of which has an equally metallic man seated in it with his index finger having just grazed the surface of the water that he is waist-deep in.

London-based photographer Sarah Ann Wright says she shoots “fun and dreams.” Though she's skilled at capturing everything from landscapes to portraits, it's her quirky conceptual photos of clouds that caught our attention. The miniature white masses seem to magically float over a glass cup and a pair of hands as they send down showers and snow.

The Adorable Story of a Grandmother and Her Cat

Japanese photographer Miyoko Ihara began taking pictures of her grandmother, Misao, 13 years ago to commemorate her rich life. Along the way, the photographer came across a beautiful bond between her now 88-year-old grandmother and a cat named Fukumaru, whose given name roughly translates as “good fortune circle.” In her photo book titled Misao the Big Mama and Fukumaru the Cat, Ihara captures the affectionate tale of these two best friends doing everything together.

Mesmerizing Metallic Flower Sculpture Open & Closes

Una Lumino is a kinetic sculpture comprised of metallic buds that are made of acrylic and stainless steel. The mechanical installation by Korean artist Choe U-Ram incorporates his signature style of combining beauty and technology. Standing at just over 17 feet tall, the whirlwind of elegant robotic flowers are automated to bloom open, shining a brilliant light, and revert back to their closed state.
