Dog Lost for Four Months Is Rescued From the Snow and Reunited With His Human

For pet owners, few things are scarier than a furry friend running away and getting lost. Unfortunately, this worst-case scenario happened to Ricardo Rodriguez and his dog, Russ. In summer 2021, the two went on a camping trip near Lake Tahoe. The outing was going well until the pup became scared of his surroundings and ran away into the wilderness. Russ never came back to their campground, and Rodriguez couldn’t find him.

111 LED Lights Create a Striking Starburst Illusion in an Abandoned Warehouse

Malaysian artist Jun Ong has pierced a former warehouse in Kuala Lumpur with light. Titled STAR/KL, the site-specific work features 111 LED beams that are fashioned into a starburst and penetrate the center of the building and outward past the chainlink fence and into the greenery. To create the illusion of one giant burst, the lighting is placed at different points in the structure.

Zaha Hadid Architects Design “Infinite Ring” Buildings to Inspire Connection Inside and Out

Capitalizing on a clever play of words, Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) has designed a stunning infinity-shaped headquarters for Infinitus China. The project, called Infinitus Plaza, is made up of two distinct buildings joined with sinuous bridges that create the infinity shape through connections on different levels. Though connectivity is a clear theme through formal gestures in the building, it was also a critical factor in the design of the workspaces within.
