One of the more popular memes in the last few years, Sad Keanu, just won't disappear. Right when we thought it was becoming a blip on the timeline of meme history, New York-based designer Nancy Liang's (aka Neuralfirings) funny 3D-printed figurine has revived the trend.
The original photograph of Keanu was taken in May 2010 by Splash News photographer Ron Asadorian. The actor is eating a sandwich alone on a bench and, from a distance, he looks completely downtrodden.
With that moment as inspiration, Liang designed the fixed figure which remains in the exact same pose for every hilarious photo. It is available in two different sizes and can be purchased from 3D Printing Service Shapeways. With no photoshop required, Sad Keanu can be added into any scene imaginable. Place him around your house and you can always have a sad Keanu nearby.
