Porsche Design Tower is a residential building in Miami, currently being developed by Porsche Design and Dezer Development, that offers the luxury of an elevator for your car. The 60-story tower is an innovative architectural structure that is as impressive on the outside as it is on the inside. The high-end piece of real estate is an oceanfront property with 132 units that offers two to four garages for each one.
With three car elevators available to those entering or exiting the tower, residents are given the lavish privilege of arriving and leaving their home in the sky from the comfort of their vehicle. Additionally, the car(s) can be displayed within eye's view, as occupants relax in the confines of the property. The ambitious project's creative design falls right in line with their visionary goals which states, “The idea: seamless transition between outer world and living environment. For expectations that go beyond exclusivity, to absolute singularity.”
The residential tower is already set to house more than twenty billionaires, though it won't be ready for move-in until 2016.
