Jessica Stewart is a Staff Editor and Digital Media Specialist for My Modern Met, as well as a curator and art historian. Since 2020, she is also one of the co-hosts of the My Modern Met Top Artist Podcast. She earned her MA in Renaissance Studies from University College London and now lives in Rome, Italy. She cultivated expertise in street art which led to the purchase of her photographic archive by the Treccani Italian Encyclopedia in 2014. When she’s not spending time with her three dogs, she also manages the studio of a successful street artist. In 2013, she authored the book "Street Art Stories Roma" and most recently contributed to "Crossroads: A Glimpse Into the Life of Alice Pasquini." 100 Top Photographers Are Selling Their Art to Raise Money for the Environment

Through Vital Impacts, a non-profit led by award-winning photographer Ami Vitale and visual journalist Eileen Mignoni, they are selling stunning images to support international conservation efforts. Both limited-edition and open-edition photos are available from respected photographers like Christian Vizl, Shaaz Jung, and Xavi Bou, as well as legendary conservationist Jane Goodall.

Winners of 2022 Environmental Photographer of the Year Use Art to Tell Important Stories of Our Planet

For 15 years, the Environmental Photographer of the Year competition has showcased some of the world’s most inspirational environmental photography. The annual competition provides an international platform to raise awareness for the issues that put our planet at risk. The Orient Express Unveils Luxurious Presidential Suite Paying Homage to Art Deco Design

In late October 2022, hospitality giant Accor revealed the first glimpse of its revamped Orient Express train. With interiors designed by respected French architect Maxime d’Angeac, the Nostalgie-Istanbul-Orient-Express train cars paid homage to their past while boldly marching into the future. Now, the sumptuous Presidential Suite—which occupies an entire train car—has been revealed. And the results are as incredible as you might imagine.

Woodworker Spends 100 Hours Carving a Crocodile Emerging from Wood Bar Top

Working from his studio in northwestern Pennsylvania, Scott Dow is a skilled chainsaw artist who is always pushing his creativity to the limits. One of his most impressive projects to date is a unique bar top made from locally sourced catalpa. A carved crocodile rises from the center of the table, its body and head emerging from the “water.” It took Dow about 100 hours to finish the stunning piece.
