Although this may not be the most practical concept, it certainly doesn't lack in creativity. Designed by Susanna Hertrich of Germany, the Chrono Shredder is a calendar that shreds paper displaying each passing day.
This concept is most useful on bad days, when everything seems to be going wrong. The shredded paper symbolizes the end of that wretched day, and the start of a brand new one.
“All that time that is irreversibly lost gets a tangible existence in form of shredded paper. As time passes by, the tattered remains of the past pile up under the device,” explains Hertrich.
