Jennifer Lopez is a multi-gifted woman known for her acting, singing, and especially for her amazing dance skills. So when Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon invited her to face off against him in the “Watch It Once” TikTok challenge, you can probably guess who won. The premise of it was simple; they watch a TikTok dance one time and then try to recreate it best they can.

To begin their “Watch It Once” battle, Fallon picked the Laxed (Siren Beat) Challenge. As far as TikTok dance challenges go, it’s the easiest of the bunch and resembles the iconic macarena moves. Fallon does a good job, but when it comes time for J.Lo to perform, she makes it look like she’s practiced the routine hours in advance—in actuality, she's just that good! The Laxed Challenge isn’t the only TikTok dance they perform, and each subsequent routine grows more difficult.

The fact that Lopez, a judge on the television show World of Dance, absolutely crushed the competition doesn’t make her and Fallon's duel any less entertaining. In fact, it makes it even more so as Fallon fumbles his way through the dances while Lopez has the innate talent at picking up on any routine she sees, even if it’s only for a few seconds.

View the “Watch It Once” video below and marvel at Lopez’s dancing abilities—including in a TikTok challenge she created for World of Dance.
