Spend your “Mondays with Michelle Obama” as she partners with Penguin Young Readers, Random House Children’s Books, and PBS Kids to create a four-part read-along series. You, and the kids in your life, can join the former FLOTUS every Monday at 12 pm EST either at the PBS Kids Facebook page, the Penguin Random House Facebook page, or the PBS Kids YouTube channel.

In previous episodes, the beloved author and lawyer has already read The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, and There’s a Dragon in Your Book by Tom Fletcher and Greg Abbott. The series began on April 20 and will run through May 11, 2020.

The upcoming schedule includes…

  • Miss Maple’s Seeds by Eliza Wheeler, airing May 4 at 12 pm EST
  • The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, airing May 11 at 12 pm EST

Let Michelle Obama’s warm voice bring you comfort each Monday as you join these read-alongs while trying to navigate these unpredictable times.
