Giant Dog-Sized Rabbit Is Looking for a Home with Plenty of Room to Grow In

Meet Atlas–a continental giant rabbit who's looking for a forever home (with plenty of space). At 7 months old, he's already the size of a small dog and he still has more growing to do. The bulky bunny is being compared to Darius, the world's biggest rabbit who weighed in at an astounding 49 pounds. “He is a very friendly rabbit who loves attention and getting cuddles,” writes the Scottish SPCA, Atlas's current caretaker. “Atlas is also an inquisitive boy who makes everyone laugh with his mischievous character.”

The enormous creature's last owner was unable to care for him and Atlas is now looking for a specific type of home. Your average rabbit hutch won't suffice and he also has unique needs, so someone who has experience with continental giants would be the perfect fit. It's also important to note that Atlas is looking for a home in Scotland, since a long journey would most likely cause him stress.

Here's hoping that Atlas finds a forever home with plenty of room (and an abundance of carrots)!
