Cookie the red poodle is an expressive pup who gets excited about the little things in life. Like many of us, Cookie can’t resist a cozy bed; he snuggles beneath the covers to enjoy cookies, a great book, and to admire his growing indoor jungle. Out of bed, however, Cookie proves to be equally as relatable. When it comes to a bowl of ice cream or stack of pancakes, his excitement is palpable as his mouth curls up into a smile and his tongue wags. All we can think is, “Same.”
Cookie is the muse of New York-based photographer and artist Olia. The two have been a pair for years; it began in fall 2012 when Olia’s daughter Lara created an Instagram account for her and Cookie. As Lara grew older, Olia took over the account and has made it what it’s known for today—great prop styling and imaginative compositions that all revolve around an adorably happy pup.
