Scientists Reveal First Photo of the Black Hole in the Center of Our Galaxy

Three years ago, the public was finally able to see the first photo of a black hole. Now, a group of over 300 researchers from 80 global institutions have come together to produce the first image of the black hole that sits at the center of our own galaxy. This black hole, known as Sagittarius A* or Sgr A*, sits 27,000 light-years away from Earth in the Milky Way.
