Playful LEGO Constructions Bring Childlike Imagination to Life

LEGO Ad Campaigns by Asawin Tejasakulsin

LEGO bricks have been a long-time favorite toy for children and adults alike. With endless creative constructions possible, the only real limit is the maker’s imagination. The brand’s latest ad campaign, titled Imagine and Build the Future, celebrates childlike creativity and colorful imagination. Designed by Asawin Tejasakulsin, a senior art director at Ogilvy & Mather in Bangkok, Thailand, the two series feature incredible LEGO sculptures that playfully interact with reality.

In the Imagine series, storybook animals made from the brand's plastic bricks come to life. From a fire-breathing dragon causing havoc in a family kitchen to a King Kong-like sculpted gorilla swinging from the speaker system, the scenarios visualize childlike pretend play. In the Build the Future series, kids are found inside life-sized LEGO uniforms of their dream jobs, symbolizing their childlike ambition. If you, like many, remember dreaming of becoming a rockstar, an astronaut, or firefighter when you grow up, you’ll totally relate!
