Ordinary Books Open to Reveal Elegant Paper Vases Tucked Between the Covers

Flowery Tale Book Vase

If you're a fan of Beauty and the Beast, then this elegant paper book vase will conjure feelings of nostalgia for the fairy tale. The decorative piece by MECLI is straight out of a storybook and creates the illusion that beautiful blooms have sprouted from the book's spine. With its enchanting design, it's only fitting that the creative vessel carries the name Flowery Tale.

The entire stem vase is concealed within a book and only upon opening is its curving form revealed. Once cracked open, the folded sculpture takes the shape of one of three designs. But, because the book will work as a vase from either end of the spine, you have a total of six vessel options for displaying your favorite flowers. Simply flip over the book to choose the shape of a vase that looks best with the blooms. Insert the glass tube between the spine and arrange your flowers to enjoy how the beautiful simplicity brightens up the room.

The Flowery Tale collection is now available in MECLI's online store. Currently, the product is only available in Japan.

The Flowery Tale collection is a series of book vases by MECLI.

Book Pages as Floral Vase

The vases are made to look like ordinary books. But when opened, they reveal elegant folded art.
